Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. I found that for some reason
anytype innew (...args: any[]): T & objectprevent to pick up prop type in the newer TypeScript version. Replacing it withneverfixes the problem.The meaning of the code is not changed as a function argument type is contravariant and
nevertype is of bottom type, that is, the entirenew (...args: never[]): T & objecttype accepts any constructor type having any argument types which the original code intends.
