The rules for presidential aspirant for the Jubaland regional state are out. Several candidates have expresses their interest in the polls due August elections.
In a five point notice, the electoral body said that the candidates must be Somalia citizens residing in the state.
Additionally, they must be mentally fit, not married to a foreigner, and at least hold a bachelors degree with ten years of management experience.
