South African musician and anti-apartheid activist Johnny Clegg has died aged 66 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. The White Zulu - as he was known - had continued to perform live until recently. The passing of this groundbreaking musician has been greeted with an outpouring of grief from South Africans and international admirers.
