APSTA has equally adopted a revised Constitution that reflects its new status as a PanAfrican International Organisation, according to the second resolution of the Annual General Assembly.

While closing the discussions, Etoga Galax Yves Landry noted that the several meetings were aimed at endowing APSTA with the appropriate organisational and structural means which will enable the institution become one of the main actors of the African peace and security architecture.

"Taking into consideration the numerous resolutions adopted, it turns out that APSTA is indeed more than ever worthy of support for the fulfilment of its mission.
