Luanda — The ministries of Energy and Water and of Industry signed on Wednesday a protocol, which will enable the two institutions to share data on the full usage of the water resources, in compliance with presidential decree already in force, which enforces brewery companies to pay water tariff.
On the occasion, the minister of Energy and Water, João Baptista Borges, said the protocol is aimed at materializing the taxation of the usage of the water resources and enable its preservation and good utilization for the sake of the people.
In her turn, the minister of Industry, Bernarda Gonçalves Martins, said the protocol aims a close cooperation between the two institutions, so the initiatives they undertake, which demands the usage of the water resources, could be shared.
