Tuesday, I introduced H.R. 6401, the Northern Mariana Islands Economic Expansion Act, to increase the number of CW permits for FY 2017 to 15,000, the same level as FY 2013.

Earlier today, the House overwhelmingly passed the Conference Report to Accompany S. 2943 – National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017, keeping the Northern Mariana Islands-related provisions approved by the House in May:
