Fluspirilene (Redeptin, Imap, R6218) is a diphenylbutylpiperidine typical antipsychotic drug, used for the treatment of schizophrenia.^[1] It is administered intramuscularly.^[2] It was discovered at Janssen Pharmaceutica in 1963.^[3]
