Alternate TOC's for different Application domains..[edit source]
Would it be possible to have a alternate TOC arrangment for different contexts? Like for example 'First Aid in the Workplace' ?
I also note some topics are semmingly not covered in this book.
I am NOT First Aid Trained , but my general layout of a book on First Aid in the work place would be something like the following

Foot Blisters[edit source]
A page on foot blisters would be nice, the only information I can find is about burn blisters and it doesn't run into too much detail about dealing with them Gsp8181 (talk) 18:50, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
New CPR guidelines[edit source]
Hello,
You may have noticed that new CPR guidelines have been issued just a few days ago. However, the full implications of those changes are not yet understood, and training agencies have not updated their materials or courses. I propose to update the textbook in January - by then, that sort of thing should be resolved, and we should have a more concrete basis to work from.

I'm working on an update to 2010 Guidelines. Also, there are a few first aid topics that I streamlining a bit, and trying to make sure the topics are covered at a level that is no higher than advanced first aid.
I teach first aid and CPR on a regular basis, used to be an Emergency Medical Technical, and am currently a nurse. I have a pretty good working knowledge of the procedures. Feel free to let me know if there are any suggestions. In particular, I'm trying to maintain the international applicability of the book, while including the relevant information for first aid in the US.

Non-survivable injuries[edit source]
Should there be a section on non-survivable injuries (i.e. decapitation, being cut in half, etc.) so people know when they can't help someone? --Whoop whoop pull up Bitching Betty | Averted crashes 19:54, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
- I don't think a new section would be necessary, but perhaps incorporating it into the initial action steps (or somewhere in the ABCs) would be appropriate. Mike6271 (discuss • contribs) 05:26, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
Overdose...[edit source]

First_Aid/Epilepsy[edit source]
The concern here is about the 'pattern' trigger noted, based on the pending edits (as yet unreviewed) the term 'fixation' may refer to a different context from that outlined.
