I think its still a good idea. We don't have any complicated workflows on LSG anyway. Just my 2¢.

@violetto, thanks for researching this. Though the OO.ui.CapsuleMultiSelectWidget still needs design work, it comes close to what you described should be done.

The recent change that uses a separate button has the problem of not knowing how wide the widget would be (I am not sure if that was the case earlier too).

@Vibhabamba showed me some UI mock ups for this over Hangouts. She should be adding them here soon.
@violetto, #footer already has the contentinfo role and thus is friendly with accessibility technology.
To run the script:
- Create a new directory
- Create a new file called hovercards.py, and copy the contents of this pastie in it
- Copy the CSV file into this directory and name it log.csv
- Open Terminal and navigate to this directory
- Run python hovercards.py
- Copy the Phabricator ready output and paste it as a comment below
- PROFIT??

I think the regular upload widget is a bit lacking in this area too, it should a clearly clickable primary action (i.e. a button), but something that looks like a text widget is the next best thing.
