UNITED NATIONS, August 7. /TASS/. The UN Security Council is expected to consider on Friday the establishment of a mechanism to identify the perpetrators of chemical weapons attacks in Syria. Sources in Russia’s Permanent Mission to the UN told TASS that a corresponding draft resolution would be put to the vote at a Council meeting, which is scheduled for 10:00 am, local time (17:00 pm, Moscow time).
"Nigeria that is presiding in the Security Council has informed that the meeting is scheduled for 10 am," the mission’s press service said.
