The ceasefire between the Ukrainian conflicting sides agreed on February 12, 2015 in Minsk has been repeatedly violated in recent days. Over 3,400 houses have been damaged in the city of Donetsk over the period of fighting in Donbas, according to the head of the city administration. Russia’s envoy to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said that escalation of Donbas conflict may put off political settlement for long.
