Description

Since bug 12701 the timestamp of the oldest revision is stored in user_newtalk table, please output this timestamp also for meta=userinfo&uiprop=hasmsg.

When needed, the client can count the revisions with
action=query&titles=User_talk:??&prop=revisions&rvend=timestamp
