Tedatioxetine (Lu AA24530) is an antidepressant currently under development by Lundbeck and Takeda for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD).^[1]^[2] Tedatioxetine is reported to act as a triple reuptake inhibitor (5-HT > NE > DA) and in addition has displayed an antagonistic profile at the 5-HT_2A, 5-HT_2C, 5-HT₃ and α_1A-adrenergic receptors.^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]
