Tedatioxetine (Lu AA24530) is an antidepressant currently under development by Lundbeck and Takeda for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD).[1][2] Tedatioxetine is reported to act as a triple reuptake inhibitor (5-HT > NE > DA) and in addition has displayed an antagonistic profile at the 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C, 5-HT3 and α1A-adrenergic receptors.[3][4][5][6][7]
