Walk into a classroom of environmental engineering students and, odds are, nearly half of them will be women. Now head next door to an electrical engineering class: you’ll likely find eight men for every woman.

Looking at the positive side of the above example, if 50% of the students of environmental engineering students are ladies (they're more than just females, right?) we sure are heading towards better days.
Women tend to quarrel more but accept war and conflict much lesser than men. And we really need some compassionate and ethical engineers out there devising new "green technology" that is actually environment-friendly rather than certification-friendly or buzzword-compliant as is the case today.

(For the record, I'm a normal straight male)
