Al-Kunayyisa was a small Palestinian Arab village in the District of Ramla. It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War on July 10, 1948 under the first stage of Operation Dani. It was located 12 km southeast of Ramla.

As of 1945 it had a population of 40. A khirba to the east contains rugged stone walls and building remains.
