[edit] Smoking ban

The County College of Morris is a Smoke-Free campus as of January 1, 2007. It is one of the first public colleges to ban smoking entirely. The decision to ban smoking was a project of the 2005-2006 Student Government Association, claiming that by having designated smoking areas, the university is silently promoting it. A study that shows bans help to encourage people to quit smoking,[4] and health effects related to tobacco smoke[5] further support the ban.
