Medifoxamine (Cledial, Gerdaxyl) is an antidepressant which acts as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor^[1] and agonist at the 5-HT_2A and 5-HT_2C receptors.^[2] It was used mainly in France,^[3] but was withdrawn following problems with hepatotoxicity.^[4]
