Propizepine (Depressin, Vagran) is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) used in France for the treatment of depression.[1][2][3] It was introduced in the 1970s.[4] Little is known about propizepine's mechanism of action and there are very few reports of it in scientific literature.
