James "Jim" Cawley (born June 22, 1969) is the 32nd and current Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania.

He is a graduate of Temple University.

He was appointed to the Bucks County Board of Commissioners following the resignation of Mike Fitzpatrick (who had been elected to Congress) and was elected to a full term in 2007, when he became chairman of the board. Cawley is also a former Pennsylvania state chair and national co-chair of the College Republicans.

He ran successfully in the Republican nomination for Lieutenant Governor and won the general election on a ticket with Tom Corbett. He took office on January 18, 2011.
