CKNI-FM (News 91.9) is an FM radio station broadcasting on 91.9 MHz from Moncton, New Brunswick. The station broadcasts a format of news, talk and sports, and is owned by Rogers Communications.
On November 26, 2004, Rogers Communications received approval for a new News/Talk commercial FM radio station in Moncton to opearate on the frequency 91.9 MHz.[1]
News 91.9's first broadcast was on October 11, 2005. CKNI is networked with sister stations CHNI-FM (News 88.9) in Saint John and CJNI-FM (News 95.7) in Halifax. Broadcasts include the national award-winning The Morning News with Allan Dearing and Tara Clow from 6 to 10am weekdays. CKNI-FM broadcasts Moncton Wildcats, Ottawa Senators and Toronto Blue Jays games on nights when those teams are playing, otherwise, they simulcast ESPN Radio at night.

Overnight, News 91.9 no longer broadcasts ESPN (or Fox Sports) as it used to.
Now it broadcasts re-runs - or "encores" of shows over the previous few days.
