The Madinah Province (Arabic: المدينة المنورة Al-Madīnah al-Munawarah) is a province of Saudi Arabia, located on the country's west side, along the Red Sea coast. It has an area of 151,990 km² and a population of 1,512,724 (2004 Census), subdivided into 7 governorates (muḥafaẓat):

Its capital is the sacred city of Madinah. Other towns include Yanbu' al Bahr and Badr Hunayn.

The governor of the province is Prince Abdul-Aziz bin Majid, a grandson of the founder of Saudi Arabia, King Abdul-Aziz.[1]
