In memoriam
Geoffrey Gunn - Geoffrey, who died at the end of November, worked at OUP and lived in Cardigan Street. He was well-known in Jericho, having been a football referee and a councillor for both main political parties. For many years he was a pillar of St. Barnabas Church and recently worshipped at St. Aloysius. Geoffrey was also a familiar figure at several city hostelries. He never married and died at the Masonic retirement home in Headington.
