About the Speakers...
Scott L. Hebner is responsible for leading the development and execution of Rational Software's worldwide offerings strategy and marketing activities. In this capacity, Scott manages the organization's business partner and channel marketing and serves on IBM's Software Group marketing leadership board, which sets direction for the group's marketing strategy and programs.
Previously, Scott was vice president of ISV & developer relations where he was responsible for IBM's strategy and programs to more effectively partner with independent software vendors and systems integrator worldwide. He led the creation of IBM's PartnerWorld Industry Networks, IBM's flagship partnering program.
