Comments or complaints relating to accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be forwarded to the Chair of the Audit Committee, for treatment pursuant to the Audit Committee Complaint Procedures [PDF 65K], and to the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. All other comments will be forwarded to the Non-Executive Chairman. Comments that indicate that they are to be submitted to the Non-Executive Chairman or to the Audit Committee Chair anonymously or confidentially will be treated accordingly. You will receive a written acknowledgement from the Corporate Secretary upon receipt of your comment, unless it is anonymous.

You also may submit comments or complaints relating to accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters to Freddie Mac's Hotline, at 1-877-301-CODE. Complaints submitted to the Hotline will be forwarded to appropriate individuals in management.
