Icone 1 - Attach Style Sheet
Cria um link ou importa uma folha de estilos externa.
Icone 2 - New CSS Style
Cria uma regra de estilo.
Icone 3 - Edit Style Sheet
Edita uma folha de estilos existente.
Icone 4 - Delete CSS Style
Apaga uma regra de estilo.
