Reset buttons
A reset button, when activated, will reset all controls in a form
back to their default values, whatever they may be. A reset button may
be useful in a large form if the user might want to start over from
scratch. Reset buttons have a TYPE of reset. Reset
buttons may be given a name, but they never create a name/value pair
for form submission. The value of the VALUE attribute is the
text that is displayed on the button.
