This page presents work from the Devolution and Constitutional Change Programme that has been written for a policy audience in UK government, in the English regions, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales or the EU.
It is organised in four sections, the first two are publication series produced by the programme.
The first section presents the 'Devolution Briefings', short papers focusing findings from the Programme on current issues.
The second section consists of the 'Devolution Policy Papers', slightly longer papers reporting more directly the findings of projects in the Programme.
The third section presents Policy Papers by Programme members written for policy audiences, but published by other outlets.
The final section re-presents evidence submitted by Programme members to official enquiries at UK and devolved levels of government.
