New Procedures for Boiler Renewal/Annual Filings

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Department of Buildings (DOB) are working together on a cooperative project that will allow boiler owners to submit their required DEP triennial renewal requests and DOB annual inspection reports together on one form (BO-9) and at one location (Department of Buildings). The Community Right-to-Know Program Tier II Filing

The Community Right-to-Know program is pleased to announce the implementation of a web-based reporting system for facilities. Called the Tier II Filing System, this system will allow facilities to electronically report their annual Facility Inventory Forms. The Program will begin the online submission program for the 2005 reporting year. Go to Business Resources

Metering and Billing Forms

Forms and instructions for Election of Metered Billing for Multifamily Properties, the Multiple Dwelling Conservation Program, How to Read a Water Meter, approved lists of washing machines and water meters, and forms for residential water survey requests, meter installation reimbursement, refund or credit application, customer registration, a water meter permit application (for licensed plumbers), and exemption from water and sewer charges. Watershed Recreational Use Permits

In order to responsibly provide recreation access to City property , DEP issues a comprehensive Access Permit that allows for fishing and hiking on certain designated areas in the watershed. Access Permit holders may also obtain a DEP Hunting Tag for deer hunting and a DEP Boat Tag for keeping a rowboat at one of the reservoirs for fishing. Go to nyc.gov/watershed
