History I'm from North Carolina. I attended East Carolina University, where I double-majored in English Literature and Communications. After school I joined Artamus Studios in Hillsborough, where the line-up over the years has included artists Richard Case, Craig Gilmore, Scott Hampton, Dave Johnson, Casey Jones, John Lowe, Mike Wieringo, and Chuck Wojtkiewicz. There I worked on several comics titles and print advertising. In 1999, I moved to Los Angeles and worked at Sony Animation on The Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot. After that show wrapped, I began storyboarding live-action productions, and still do that along with comics work.
