But why? @amazon you've given no reason. I have no idea why my account was closed. And I was told on the phone, that if I try to open a new account, they'll know it's connected to me and close that down too. So... I'm banned from using Amazon forever & I'll never know why?

Dear @amazonca, my account has been "on hold" for a very long time for unknown reasons. Over the past 10 days, I have made 3 calls to your customer support. Each time I'm told that I will be contacted in 24 hours. But nothing happens. Any help would be amazing. Thank you.
