- Awesome Music: The Action Chase music
is one of the most memorable songs on the show, not only because it's really catchy, but because it fits the spy-action theme of the show. - Base-Breaking Character: Alphonse. Some either find his and Victor's antics amusing, or dislike him for getting in the way of Victor and Anita's relationship.
- Cargo Ship: "Secret Double Agent" gives us Changed Daily/his fireplace.
- Designated Villain: The Clown in "The Villain Nobody Took Seriously". His diabolical scheme to Take Over the World consists of... running for world leader and being elected (admittedly, changing his name to "Mark An X Here" was a rather dodgy tactic, but not actually a fraudulent one by any means). And it's not as if he imposes a reign of terror; in fact, he genuinely seems to want everyone to be happy. The only actual villainous act he commits (and it's due more to his being a Cloudcuckoolander than any actual malice on his part) is his attempt to sell the world to the Floaty-Heads for a chocolate egg, and in any case the deal falls apart when Victor tricks a bunch of supervillains into attacking the World Leader's mansion simultaneously; he later happily sells the job back to the old World Leader for a chocolate chip cookie.
- Fan Nickname: The Chief of U.Z.Z. is often referred to by fans and online sources as "Changed Daily" since he doesn't have a consistent name. He just says that "for reasons of security, [his] name is changed daily."
- Yes, his name is now often Changed Daily according to "It's A Hamster World".
- Fandom-Specific Plot:
- There are fanfics out there dedicated to shipping Victor and Anita together. They may or may not have Alphonse (Anita's canonical crush) somewhere in the story, and the authors may or may not resort to derailing his character to justify the ship.
- Some fanfics ship Professor Professor and Doctor Doctor together. The canonical interaction between the two, plus their history together, also help in that regard.
- Some fanfics involve how Victor and Anita met and became U.Z.Z. agents.
- Fandom VIP: AgentAlex101 (aka TheSecretShow4You) is widely known among the show's fandom as one of the most prolific fans out there (with even creator Tony Collingwood acknowledging her existence). Not only has she created lots of fanart regarding her One True Pairing Victor/Anita; she's also written some fanfics and created lots of AMVs for the show as well. She even posted YouTube videos celebrating the show's tenth anniversary and fifteenth anniversary.
- Fanfic Fuel:
- There were plans for U.Z.Z. to fight another group of aliens called the Puddleheads, who were conceived as sworn enemies of the Floaty-heads, but they were left on the cutting room floor. What would the Puddleheads look like, and how would they act?
- Surely, U.Z.Z. has more locations around the world than just the U.K. one. Assuming there are indeed more branches of U.Z.Z., what are they like and are their adventures just as crazy as the ones with the U.K. branch?
- What were Victor and Anita's lives like before they met and were recruited by U.Z.Z.?
- Foe Romance Subtext: Professor Professor and Doctor Doctor occasionally have this. It doesn't help that they used to be lab partners and that they were in a relationship at one point. A quote from "Return of the Killer Toothbrush":Professor Professor: I told you before, don't call me baby!

- According to Word of God, the World Leader speaks ancient Aztec. What better choice for a geographically unbiased leader of the entire world than someone who belongs to no known extant nation?
- Fridge Horror:
- Doctor Doctor's plan to leave Victor and Anita stranded on the Sun in "Destination Sun" is pretty silly and standard for a kids' show. Well, it's silly until you actually think about it. That's right, this episode shows that Doctor Doctor is not above committing outright murder.
- The ending of "Mr. Atom" is pretty dark once you realize that it’s implied Changed Daily accidentally killed Mr. Atom.
- Germans Love David Hasselhoff: While not as popular in the United States as it was back in its home country, it did manage to propagate a reasonably-sized fanbase over there. However, the show is mostly huge in Russia.
- Heartwarming Moments: In "The Abyss", Victor becomes trapped inside a giant squid. Anita then decides to rescue him, even though she revealed that she was allergic to seawater earlier.
- Hilarious in Hindsight:
- In an episode that parodies the Eurovision Song Contest, Changed Daily's name for the day is Engelbert Humperdinck. Guess who was picked to represent the United Kingdom in Eurovision in 2012.
- This wouldn't be the last time a faction of hostile alien shapeshifters called Impostors would show up in fiction.
- An Affably Evil villain with a luck motif would go on to make an appearance in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
- In an episode that parodies the Eurovision Song Contest, Changed Daily's name for the day is Engelbert Humperdinck. Guess who was picked to represent the United Kingdom in Eurovision in 2012.
- Nightmare Fuel: The Zombie Apocalypse episode, where merely saying yes or no will infect you.
- One True Pairing: Victor/Anita is perhaps one of the most popular, if not the most popular, pairings of the show out there. This is mainly due to their chemistry and the sheer number of fans who ship them. Many years after the show ended, Word of God revealed that this pairing was canon (and, in fact, had been canon all along).
- Quirky Work: Who knew that a show about two secret agents going on missions could be so crazy, going from explosive boogers to a sentient evil brain that feeds on fear?
- Ron the Death Eater: It's not uncommon for some Victor fans to write fanfics depicting Professor Professor, Changed Daily, Anita, and/or other U.Z.Z. agents in a bad light while also glossing over their positive traits; especially if it's to deconstruct Victor's Butt-Monkey status.
- The Woobie: Victor can be this at times, given all the bad breaks he has. Especially when he first meets his father, Lionel, and is forced to leave him behind in Dimension 10.
