- Catharsis Factor: After everything that Tac Nayn has done, watching Nyan Cat go through a Heroic Second Wind before sending the bastard back to his dying planet is immensely satisfying.
- Cult Classic: While it certainly isn’t the most popular animated web series, Nyan AH’s duology still has its fans due to its unique distinction of being one of the only serious works pertaining to Nyan Cat.
- Evil Is Cool: Despite being the most vile interpretation of his character in NYAN BATTLE, Tac Nayn still has his fans due to his intimidating presence, along with how he manages to hold his own against Nyan Cat in battle.
- It Was His Sled: Anyone who’s seen or heard of Nyan Cat falls in love is probably aware that Nyan Cat attempts to commit suicide after his girlfriend’s death, especially since its page on the Nyan Cat Wiki has a content warning in regards to it.
- Jerkass Woobie: While Tac Nayn’s superiors did send him to Earth to prepare for an Alien Invasion, they only did so to use the planet to repopulate their dying race. Unfortunately for them, Tac Nayn attempts to destroy Earth against their wishes, resulting in Nyan Cat having to send him back to their dying planet, and thus unintentionally destroying it. Even if the leaders did survive the explosion, there's still the issue of how they can repopulate, not to mention the fact that they no longer have a place for what few shreds remain of their kind to seek refuge.
- Moral Event Horizon: If Tac Nayn didn’t already cross it when he killed the first human he saw and sadistically abused Donut Cat, then he certainly crossed the line by attempting to destroy Earth with Nyan Cat on it, despite knowing full well his people need the planet to survive.
- The Woobie:
- Nyan Cat falls in love: Poor Nyan Cat loses the love of his life to a comet, and attempts to commit suicide out of grief towards her death. Thankfully her spirit rescues him before he can hit the ground.
- NYAN BATTLE: Donut Cat was viciously picked on by Tac Nayn, leaving them bruised and unable to move. Shortly after Nyan Cat treats their wounds, Tac Nayn comes back to attack them again when they least expected it. Not only that, Donut Cat is also forced to sacrifice themself to protect Nyan Cat, and you can tell they feel bad about not being able to help another way.
