Death Buy Lemonade is a webcomic based on the short from 2010 by Kyu-Bum-Lee. Here, following the events of the web comic, Katie is now an adult who comes back to life and becomes a grim reaper herself, and the comic focuses on her adventures with Death doing their job, and their adventures are treated as though they are married.
The strip lasted from 2015 to 2019, and no new issues were made. They can be found on its Tumblr blog here

- Bedmate Reveal: In one strip, she wakes up thinking she's with Death, but it's a strange man instead, in the hotel room.
- Cute Mute: Death never says a word but he is very adorable looking and naive.
- Fanservice: Katie shows off herself such as on the cover, and wears revealing outfits often.
- Genki Girl: Katie has an excited personality and always happy with Death in his company.
- Girlish Pigtails: Katie still wears her hair in pigtails as she did when she was a child.
- High Heel Hurt: Discussed. One time, Katie had a hard time walking in high heels and refused to enter a portal because she wanted to get used to them.
- Punch-Clock Villain: Katie and Death, although they are doing their jobs of collecting people who die.
- Running Gag: Death always owes Katie a new mattress, and she reminds him at every opportunity, even when he gives her other things and gifts.
- Short-Runner: The strip lasted from 2015-2019.
- Suddenly Voiced: "All The Fuss" shows Katie speaking, and usually there is no dialogue in the animated videos.
- Unexplained Recovery: Katie came back to life after turning gray when given the high-five by Death from when she was a child.
- Youthful Freckles: Katie still has them as an adult.
