Rainbow Friends Logic is GameToons' eighth series, and the fourth series to become their flagship (after Poppy Playtime Logic, Friday Night Funkin' Logic, and Among Us Logic). This series does not star Player or anyone from Among Us Logic, unlike in most other Logic series, but instead chronicles the misadventures of the Rainbow Friends themselves and whatever wacky scenario they end up in.

Rainbow Friends Logic provides examples of:
- Abusive Parents:
- Black hated color and never saw it, and tried to set his son, Red, straight.
- Gray's Mother, while nowhere near as threatening as the above, is partly responsible for her son's fall into villainy, due to taunting him and forcing him to do difficult chores all because of his interest in bugs, and even broke Gray's ant farm and burned the ants, all while not caring about her child's feelings.
- Archnemesis Dad:
- Red's father, Black, tries to kill Red.
- Ascended Extra:
- The pink Rainbow Friend appears in the videos despite not having appeared in the actual game as of current.
- In the actual game, Lookies were creatures that players had to collect and throw into a pen in order to progress through a part of Chapter 2. Here, they appear quite a few times and were also antagonists in "The LOOKIES Get REVENGE!".
- Baby Morph Episode: Two episodes of this series are this, one for each chapter of the actual game.
- Butt-Monkey: Orange, when it comes to Cyan and Yellow's introductions (or in Yellow's case, re-introduction) to the series. The former's debut features her chasing after him and shortly after throwing him against a wall, while the latter has him be picked up by Yellow and dropped off into his nest. In case you wonder why both of them did this to Orange, it's due to them both wanting him to be involved in their revenge plan.
- Canon Foreigner:
- This series features three one-off antagonist Rainbow Friends: Black, a bull-like Rainbow Friend, the Rainbow God, who just appears as a black-colored, much more wicked-looking Blue with multicolored stripes across his body and claws, and Golden, a humanoid Rainbow Friend with a four-point star for a head (the latter of which wasn't directly created by Red).
- Gray, a Rainbow Friend resembling an ant who made it into two episodes - one which introduced him, and another where he tries to get his revenge.
- Crossover:
- Had crossovers with Poppy Playtime Logic and Among Us Logic in "RAINBOW FRIENDS vs. POPPY PLAYTIME?!" and "RAINBOW FRIENDS vs. AMONG US!" respectively. Poppy Playtime Logic also crossed over with this series in "PROJECT: PLAYTIME vs RAINBOW FRIENDS?!" They're basically the only times in which Player even appears in this series.
- There's also one episode where the Rainbow Friends turn into various Wubboxes from My Singing Monsters.
- Early Installment Character-Design Difference: Yellow was originally a yellow bird due to him using his older model. Once Chapter 2 of Rainbow Friends came out and Yellow made an official appearance, his newer, pterodactyl-like model became used for later videos.
- Hate Sinks:
- Red's father, Black, hated color and never saw it, only black and business. He even hated Red for wanting to make his "friends" real, and after he caught Red doodling, he ranted about it and wanted to set him straight. Later on, he ruins Gold's life, and tries to kill Red and the other Rainbow Friends.
- Gray's Mother, while nowhere near as threatening as Black, still has no redeeming qualities and kept taunting and forcing her son to do difficult chores all because of his interests. And to pour salt on the open wound, she gets off scot-free.
- Heel–Face Revolving Door: Red constantly switches roles depending on the story. More often, he is the antagonist of the story and the other Rainbow Friends try to thwart his plans, get revenge, or otherwise go against him. In some instances, however, such as "The LOOKIES Get REVENGE!" or "YELLOW is MISSING in RAINBOW FROENDS?!", he does get assistance from his fellow Rainbow Friends.
- It's All My Fault: Red blames himself for transforming his acquaintance into Black, as mentioned in "The FORGOTTEN RAINBOW FRIEND...".
- Killer Rabbit: The Lookies may look cute, but they can be quite vindictive. Red learned this the hard way when the Lookies escape from their cages and trap some of the other Rainbow Friends.
- Mama Bear: In "CYAN is NOT a MONSTER?!", Cyan gets overprotective over a group of Lookies she had rescued, which is what leads to her conflict with Red in that episode.
- Midas Touch: Golden has the power to turn anyone into gold, which he weaponizes against the Rainbow Friends in his only episode.
- Objectshifting: One video has the Rainbow Friends (save for Orange) being transformed into Sentient Vehicles for very sound reasons. Specifically, Red becomes a fire truck, Yellow becomes a taxi cab, Green becomes a front loader, and Blue becomes a police car. And yes, this is a real video.
- Origins Episode: Every Rainbow Friend and even the Lookies had onenote . Yellow even got two of them, although it was pretty much due to the fact that Yellow didn't have an official design when the first origin story episode came out.
- Pragmatic Adaptation: Like with its predecessor, the game being released in chapters and having little information on the full game meant that GameToons' series has little to do with the actual game's plotline and instead focuses on new stories by changing character personalities and adding new ones.
- Villain Protagonist: The Rainbow Friends make up the entire main cast, with various Robloxians popping up here and there.
- Was Once a Man: Pretty much all the Rainbow Friends were just normal Robloxians before becoming the monsters that they are now.
- You Don't Look Like You: Gray and the Rainbow God look different in the thumbnails than they actually do in the videos.
