Grow a Garden is a ROBLOX game where you, well, grow a garden. And at one point, was the biggest game in the entire world, having even more CCU than Fortnite ever had, until Steal a Brainrot surpassed it months later.
It was made by an anonymous 16-year-old developer before being bought by Jandel. doBIG also owns a part of it. The main reason it has such a high CCU is mostly because of the admin abuses the developers do.
Grow a Garden contains examples of these tropes:
- Bribing Your Way to Victory: You can buy the best plants for Robux. It even ignores the current stock.
- Idle Game: An Exaggerated Trope. Your plants grow even when you aren't playing the game! note This doesn't stop it from having huge amounts of CCU, though.
- Live Episode: A rare Video Game example. Every update day, the admins start admin abusing, causing certain events to happen. Even Travis Kelce was involved in one. This is broadcast through all servers.
- Rare Random Drop: In pet eggs. A notorious example was the Kitsune, which requires 1,250 eggs to statistically guarantee its hatch. And if you weren't lucky enough, you would've never got it.
