All Grown Up!: Express Yourself is a video game tie-in for All Grown Up! for the Game Boy Advance.
Angelica Pickles is the main character and seeks out events and circumstances to report as stories for the school newspaper. The game has eight missions that are each based on an episode of the show's first season, with the first based on "Susie Sings the Blues", the second on "Coup DeVille", the third on "Bad Kimi", the fourth on "River Rats", the fifth on "Chuckie's in Love", the sixth on "Tweenage Tycoons" and the seventh and eighth on "Lucky 13".
Express Yourself stands out as the last video game tie-in for the original Rugrats franchise to be released on any major platform during the franchise's original run, with the next Rugrats licensed game, Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland, not coming out until 20 years later.

- Adaptational Angst Downgrade: In the original series episode "Lucky 13", Angelica was emotionally devastated by the discovery that no one was coming to her 13th birthday celebration because they all chose to attend Savannah's party instead. In the game's version of events, Angelica is infuriated and annoyed instead.
- Adaptational Jerkass: A mild case with Harold, who in this game's version of the events of the episode "Lucky 13" gave Savannah the idea to throw her party on the same day as Angelica's 13th birthday party and also frames Tommy of conspiring with Savannah to ruin Angelica's 13th birthday, when in the original episode he had nothing to do with Savannah's actions and was as appalled as the rest of the cast that this was happening to Angelica. That being said, he did this in retribution for how poorly Angelica had treated him earlier, he's remorseful of what he's done when Angelica finds out and the game ends with him making amends.
- Adaptational Karma: The conwoman who scammed Susie in "Susie Sings the Blues" got off scot-free in the original episode, but in the game's version of events, Angelica calls the police on her after pursuing her and it is subsequently implied that she got arrested.
- Adaptational Nice Guy:
- Angelica is still a bit abrasive and crabby, but the game depicts her as more willing to help the other children with their problems (to the point of holding the woman who conned Susie accountable in the mission adapting "Susie Sings the Blues"), and the mission adapting "Tweenage Tycoons" notably does not have her and Harold attempting to make money by selling shoddy ripoffs of Dil's inventions.
- Savannah in the original "Lucky 13" episode deliberately threw a party on the same date Angelica's 13th birthday party was being held just to be mean to Angelica. In this game, it wasn't actually her idea but Harold's and she willingly cancels her party after Angelica beats her in a volleyball match, in contrast to the original episode ending with her very angry at Angelica getting the last laugh.
- Bunny Ears Picture Prank: One of the pictures in the "Picture Mix" minigame that the player has to unscramble is of Tommy giving Chuckie bunny ears.
- Demoted to Extra: All the adult characters save for the conwoman who scammed Susie are reduced to being silent background characters.
- Frame-Up: The game's interpretation of the events of "Lucky 13" has Tommy Pickles framed by Harold of conspiring with Savannah to ruin Angelica's 13th birthday, when Tommy was only talking with Savannah to convince her to cancel her party so as not to ruin Angelica's birthday celebration. The final mission concerns Angelica finding out that Tommy is innocent and having to find out who framed her cousin.
- Mean Boss: Angelica throughout the game is very rude to Harold and uses the excuse that she's the school newspaper's editor. This results in Harold attempting to get back at her by giving Savannah the idea to throw a party on the same date as Angelica's 13th birthday just to upset her.
- Mythology Gag: One of the pictures the player has to unscramble in the "Picture Mix" minigame depicts Tommy spraying soda at the viewer while surrounded by Angelica, Chuckie, Phil and Lil, which references when baby Tommy squirted milk from a bottle at the viewer at the end of the original title sequence of Rugrats.
