◊" that sells clothes. - Bury Your Art: On August 18, 2024, the YouTube account of PurpleEyes was closed, making all his uploads unavailable. This was apparently an accident that resulted from him suffering a bout of delirium thanks to a combination of COVID and a fever.
- Channel Hop: After accidentally deleting his original channel, he started a new one under the name of MacDiggle.

- Creator Breakdown: The original description of Episode 17 heavily implies that PurpleEyes put the series on a hiatus because of real-life trouble, including the loss of his sister and her soon-to-be-born child at the same time, and he didn't have the energy in him to be funny.
- Deleted Scene: The AnimeNEXT 2011 "The Abridged Series" Panel version of Episode 12 had a different take for the scene where Suzaku pours the water bottle on his head (that was contaminated with urine). In the episode proper, after Lloyd warns Suzaku, Suzaku yells "don't tell me what to do!" before pouring it on his head. In the Panel version, Suzaku and Lloyd just stare at each other for an extended period of time... before Suzaku wordlessly pours it on his head.
- Inspiration for the Work: In an interview with Insider, PurpleEyes divulged that the inspiration for the now-famous "I'm at Soup" scene was born out of a phone conversation with a friend he hadn't seen in a while.
- Schedule Slip: Mainly due to being put on Series Hiatus, but the gap between Episodes 16 and 17 of Code MENT was nearly 9 years.
