One Piece (2023) Recap

Directors for the first season include Marc Jobst, Southam, Emma Sullivan, and Josef Kubota Wladyka. The season covers most of the East Blue saga of the manga, adapting the Romance Dawn, Orange Town, Syrup Village, Baratie, and Arlong Park arcs.

    Season Two 

Season Two — Into the Grand Line (Released March 10, 2026)

Eiichiro Oda personally announced that Netflix had ordered Season Two of the series on September 14, 2023. Scripting is in the works, but what is known is that it will go to the Grand Line, and will introduce at least the sixth member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Tony Tony Chopper. The show runners have said they could have Season 2 ready within 18 months once the 2023 Hollywood strikes end.

In February 2024, Netflix stated that they were aiming for Season 2 to premiere in the Summer of 2025. On August 20, 2024, it was announced that Season 2 would cover the final section of the East Blue Saga and part of the Baroque Works saga, adapting the Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island arcs.

With TUDUM 2025, Netflix confirmed that Season 2 would premiere in 2026. A first look released in August 2025 confirmed the season would be subtitled Into the Grand Line, while a third season was in early development.

On October 28, 2025, Netflix announced that Season 2 would release on March 10, 2026.

    Season Three 

Season Three — The Battle of Alabasta  (TBA)

A third season was announced in August 2025, well ahead of Season Two’s 2026 release. Joe Tracz and Ian Stokes are set to take over as showrunners. Season 3 is set for release sometime in 2027.
