- Alice got lucky to get her hands on a gun in the middle of all the chaos and she knows if she does not even try to do something, people will die (definitely the kids, and most probably her).
- Dombrowski Falls High just naturally attracts badasses to work there as faculty.
- Dombrowski Falls High offers physical and martial arts training courses to its faculty.

- Alice is a Dirty Coward who got Fired from her teaching job for failing to protect her students.
- Alice doesn't care at all if her students get hurt — in fact, she's even a Sadist Teacher who harms them herself.

- Discussed: One of the jock students, Bob, muses that he'd eventually get to Alice's strength level one day, though he also remarks that it's definitely gonna be years before he even reaches the halfway point.

- Implied: When the Dombrowski Falls High alumni were asked about their teachers, they all refer to one who was... "special", according to them. This is never expanded upon.
