They formed in 1990 and became known as part of the Britpop scene. Their first album was released in 1994, with three more in 1996, 1998 and 2001. After going on a hiatus in 2003, they reunited in 2007 and are active to this day, releasing their first album since reuniting in 2017 and then releasing two in 2024.
