Fabio Frizzi (born 2 July 1951) is an Italian composer for film and television, best known for creating the score to some of Lucio Fulci's most famous films.
His works include:
- Four of the Apocalypse, a dark Spaghetti Western and his first collaboration with Lucio Fulci.
- Dracula in the Provinces, a vampire comedy by Lucio Fulci.
- Seven Notes In Black (called The Psychic in its English dub), a giallo about a clairvoyant woman who turns detective after receiving visions relating to a murder apparently committed in her house. Frizzi's theme was featured in Kill Bill and sampled for its soundtrack album by RZA.

- Zombi 2 (known as Zombie Flesh Eaters in the UK and Zombie in the US), where a Caribbean island is infested with zombies. The title Zombi 2 is a case of Dolled-Up Installment: Dawn of the Dead was titled Zombi in Italy.
- City of the Living Dead, zombie flick with religious elements which was followed by two loose "sequels".
- Contraband (1980), his sole poliziotesco picture, which was funded by actual mobsters after the original producer died suddenly and his widow nearly pulled the plug.
- The Beyond (a.k.a. Seven Doors of Death), a sad, thoughtful horror film based on the works of H. P. Lovecraft and Clark Ashton Smith. Features extra zombies thanks to

- A Cat In The Brain, an extremely meta horror film starring Fulci As Himself — a horror-film director who seeks psychiatric help when he begins seeing the world Through the Eyes of Madness.

Fabio and his music provide examples of:
- Associated Composer: While he only composed the score to 9 of Lucio Fulci's 61 films, those include Fulci's most iconic like Seven Notes In Black, Zombi 2 and The Beyond.
- Autobots, Rock Out!: Several of his scores has a distinct prog rock quality to them à la Goblin that creates a memorable contrast to the horror shown on screen.
- Creepy Jazz Music: His score for the Beyond.
- Freaky Electronic Music: A lot of his music for Fulci's films has elements of this.
