TV Movie about Bulimia Film

I'm here as a last resort and because this community successfully helped me find something before. It was a TV Movie about a high school girl who develops bulimia. First inducing vomiting and then drinking laxatives in a bathroom stall from what looks like an OTC pill bottle. It's not on any of the lists of eating disorder movies, mostly because those were "best" lists and this was not notable. I checked all the ABC Afterschool Specials anyway and didn't see it, but I'm pretty sure I saw this on HBO in the late 80s, early 90s. It looked like it was no earlier than '87 and surely no newer than '91. There was a scene where she was out with her friends at some sort of al fresco pizzeria, maybe in a mall, I think with an umbrella over their table, and though she'd decided to watch her diet to lose some weight (though the actress was not overweight), she joined her friends as they ordered pizza after pizza after pizza. This led to her first purge, which she soon develops a habit of. Then eventually she passes out or something and they get her some help. All resolved as expected. I must have seen this five or six times as it seemed to air a lot. I would know the actress if I saw her again but I don't think I saw her in much after that. She had straight brown hair. Kind of plain looking. It seems to have slipped through the cracks of remembrance on the internet. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows anything that could help me find it.

Comic from a few years back with a fantasy setting and a shapeshifting tiger woman Print Comic

I read this comic a lont time ago, it may have been an erotic comic, where the main character met a shapeshifter who could change between an albino woman and a white furred big cat, and they struck a romantic relationship, later the main character found out this woman was born as a beast and later in life gain the power to turn into a human. That is all that I'm certain about.Beyond that I vaguely remember the setting being based on Arabian nights and have the gut feeling it may have been a story based in Alibaba and the Forty Thieves.

The comic had a painted by hand artstyle, sort of a European artsy comic feel but I'm not sure. That's all I got. Thanks.

Space-funeral Trope Codifier? Film

(this is both a Trope Finder and Media Finder question really, but my primary question is the media half so here we are). In tons of space movies, the surviving crewmates will often eject their dead from the airlock as a sort of funeral. Does anyone know what the genesis of this was? It's so widespread it must be a trope, I just don't know what it's called. Project Hail Mary does it, as does Passengers (2016) and Ratchet & Clank (2016) where it's played for laughs, for a few examples.

Kids' book about aliens? Literature

I was thinking back to some of the weird fantasy books I read as a kid, and I remember reading one where the main characters were aliens. I think they were from the moon or something.

The main thing I remember is that they had strange alien words. The only word I remember is "sikken" (which I think was supposed to be some kind of timespan?), but that's not super helpful, because whenever I've tried to look up the word "sikken", all the results are in Danish.

picture book about a little boy who eats sugar and puts his head in an oven Literature

so about 10-15 years ago my friend's aunt bought her a picture book about a little boy with many stories in it, one of which is where he eats sugar or something else that is sweet and then is scolded by his father, and then he puts his head in the oven. she remembers the title being some sort of an adjective to describe the boy such as mischievous or lazy, so along these lines but obviously not clear which exact one. the setting is most likely central/northern european as according to my friend.

What Website is This? Web Original

So I saw a strange website featured in this Youtube video. It appears to be one of those simulation websites akin to the infamous "Hunger Games Simulation" website, and it's specifically dedicated to simulating "Killing Games". I would be interested in seeing what's on this site and perhaps even hosting a killing game simulation there, but the video doesn't provide a source for the website, not even any URL for the site in its description. The only real hint to the website's identity is that it was apparently made by someone named "Orteil", someone I do not recognize.

If anyone can identify the exact website featured in the video, complete with URL, that would be helpful.

Science Fiction Story About Indifferent Robots

An old Job-Stealing Robot science fiction story (I read it online, might have been on gutenberg) in which automated systems have taken over much of the planet and mostly exist to make themselves more efficient. They don't attack humans, but also don't really care about them, and the humans are helpless to do anything about it as destroying one robot just sends a replacement.

The specific scene I remember is after the humans have destroyed a piece of construction equipment, the central computer sends a robot messenger to find out what the problem is, and requests that the humans give it information in very simple terms as despite the robot's human appearance and voice, it only has the appearance of intelligence and can't actually respond to their questions due to its limited number of responses.

Tower Defense Game Videogame

There was a TD game I remember playing (2016 is the last specific year I remember playing it but I know it had been around at least two years prior). At least one tower type didn't attack directly but rather created units to fight the enemy creeps. Now that I'm typing it, I actually think all of them did that, but the ones I mainly remember are the red colored melee fighters who could be upgraded into ninjas or hammer-wielding brutes.

The main detail I can remember is that you had a single hero/commander unit, a guy in black armor with solid blue eyes, who you could move around to different points on the map to shore up your defenses. He has his own skill tree of abilities you could put points into between levels to buff him up, and there was one level where he got separated from the main forces so he was the only unit you had to control (softened slightly by the fact that several of the seemingly decorative trees in that level turned out to be tree monsters that would help attack the enemy forces).

I think this was also the second game in an, at the time, duology and that the first game was pretty similar but didn't have the hero guy.

(SOLVED) Looking for a crazy animated music video: Music

I can only describe segments of a very cartoony animated music video (90s vibe, like it came straight outta Rocko's Modern Life) I saw a long time ago at a Hard Rock Cafe, and I can't even remember the damn lyrics:

1. The animation was pretty deranged and trippy and repetitive at times

2. One scene involved a teen boy I think working at a fast food place stupidly sticking his head into a machine that had a sign that explicitly said "DO NOT STICK YOUR HEAD IN HERE" or something like that, and he emerges with a shredded head

3. Another scene involves a lady getting hit by a car, causing her to undergo surgery and then emerge incredibly buff and muscular (yep.)

Can't find any info from Google search, any help would be very much appreciated!

Been trying to find this for a while. I remember four distinct parodies from it: Crime and Punishment as a Batman comic, Waiting for Godot by way of Bevis and Butthead, the book of Genesis interpreted as Blondie, and Dante's Inferno as interpeted by Bazooka Joe.

I've been looking for this collection for years but forgot the title. Anyone know this?

Black Cat Cartoon Western Animation

This has been driving me crazy for years, and I've searched everywhere I can think of with no luck. I'm hoping someone here recognizes it because I only remember a handful of details, and some of them might be slightly off since I watched it over 10 years ago.

I’m trying to find an animated movie/special I saw on Teletoon On Demand in Canada around 2015–2016. It was a cartoony adult/teen animation, not a series. I remember the main character possibly being a ginger/red-haired boy who was in school (possibly middle school). There was a black cat that narrated the story; the cat was male, from what I can remember and I think the cat was always dead/ghost-like. I also vaguely remember a gross scene involving the cat being dissected or examined. I don’t remember any character names or the ending.

That's unfortunately all I can remember. Some details may be slightly inaccurate or mixed together since it's been so long. Any suggestions are appreciated, even if they only partially match, I can look into them. Thanks in advance!

Giant Pumpkin Cartoon Western Animation

My mom and I have both been wracking our brains over this. It's some sort of vintage animation, maybe from the 50s or 60s (or could be more recent, up to 90s, it always just felt vintage to me.) I think it's from something Halloween-themed? Basically, a giant pumpkin comes to life one night in the pumpkin patch and walks around on its little legs, made of vines. I thought it was Charlie Brown, but haven't been able to find that specific clip.

Wacky Races UK Fast Food Ad Live Action TV

There was an ad on TV around the 2000s showing eleven Wacky Races toy cars being offered by a UK fast food chain - Little Chef, I believe. What's weird is that the toys seem to be hard to find online themselves, much less the ad. From what I remember, the toys were just moving around a small set made to look like the cartoon, with a tunnel they came in and out of.
