  • In the "Desert" episode, the Dinotrux are lost in the desert after D-Structs destroys the landmarks that they followed to find an oasis. As a result, Ty begins to overheat and act a bit loopy. Here are just a few of the things he does:
    • He acts like he's swimming in water, even "drinking" some, when it turns out he's actually eating sand.
    • Just as Revvit's about to end his Rousing Speech:
Revvit: What do we do? We—
Ty: SING! We'll do a quartet! I'll take the low end! (Cue horrible singing)
    • Ty calling Revvit "Ribbit".
Ty: You look just like my friend, Ribbit.
      Revvit: Revvit.
      Ty: Ribbit!
  • The ending of the "Tortools" episode, where Ty has been painted purple with blue spots. Unfortunately for him, Revvit tells him that it takes 6 weeks for the Tortools' paint to refill. Ty expresses shock at this, before Revvit tells him that he was just kidding.
    Revvit: It's actually 9.
  • In episode "Fake Ravine" there are few hilarious scenes while D-Structs is trying to force Click Clack to tell him where is the Reptool Ravine.
D-Structs: Where is the Reptool Ravine?
    Click Clack: (screams in terror)
    D-Structs: Tell me!
Click Clack: (screams in terror again)
D-Structs: Is "waauu" the name of the desert, a forest?
    Skrap-it: I think it's pronounced "waauu".
    D-Structs: That's what I said.
Skrap-it: No, you said (deep voice) "waauu".
    D-Structs: No, I said waa... I don't care!
Click Clack: (screams in terror again)
D-Structs: Maybe it's some kind of Reptool speak. You're almost a Reptool, find out what it means.
    Skrap-it: Waauu, waauu, waauu.
    Click Clack: Waauu, waauu, waauu.
D-Structs: So what does "waauu" mean?
    Skrap-it: No idea.
D-Structs: (furious, preparing to smash Click Clack)
Skrap-it: Wait! If you smash him, I'll have to (twitch) catch another one.
D-Structs: (roars and smashes the cave wall with his tail) ...I'm taking a break.
  • During D-Structs' attack on the fake Reptool Ravine from that same episode, Skrap-It starts attacking a very obviously wooden Reptool.
    Skrap-It: I got one! I got one!
  • In the "New Tail" episode, Skrap It and D-Structs are stuck on the ledge and discuss whose guilt is their current position.
D-Structs: This is all your fault!
Skrap-it: My fault!? You're the one who stomped the ground from under us!
D-Structs: But I wouldn't be here in a first place if you made me a new tail that worked!
Skrap-it: I thought you said you didn't need a wrecking ball to do your wrecking! Ahh... which, considering our predicament, is technically true, but...
    • What happened to D-Structs' wrecking ball? Garby ate it! What really sells it is his face of confusion, but being the Extreme Omnivore he is, he just casually slurps up the chain and doesn't care.
  • This line from “Ottos”:
Ty: Ton-Ton, I don’t care what kind of bad dream you had, I am not tucking you in again!
  • This line from “Night”.
Ton-Ton: Uh, guys? I saw four [Scrapadactyls] dive-bomb, and only three flew off. Unless my math is wrong, that means there should be two more left.
  • While looking for some rubber to fix Dozer’s pressure seal:
Ton-Ton: Is that a rubber tree plant?
    Skya: Do rocks have leaves?
Ton-Ton: Oh. Is that a rubber tree plant?
Dozer: If a rubber tree plant looks exactly like a piece of scrap.
Ton-Ton: Oh. Is that a rubber tree plant?
Ty: Sorry, Double-T. That’s your shadow.
Ton-Ton: My shadow? I thought it only came out during the day.
  • This bit from "Racetrack":
Wrecka: Once a Dump, always a Dump.
    Scoot: That's the Dump code.
Ton-Ton: Um, I though the Dump code was "If you can go up it, then it's a ramp."
  • In the "Gluphosaurs" episode when all of Ty's friends got stuck to each others everyone started to complain until Ty said that it could be worse, in that exact moment D-Structs showed up - with a few really funny phrases (well, for D-Structs).
Ty: Everybody, calm down. It could be worse.
(D-Structs roars and scares away all the Gluphosaurs)
    Ty: It's worse...
D-Structs: I like how you all STICK together.
Garby: This is going from bad to worse.
Ty: Big mistake, D-Structs! When we get out of this...
Dozer: ...You're gonna answer to my blade!
    Skya: And my hook!
Ton Ton: Dudes, what's happening? I can't see.
Ty: I'm getting annoyed, D-Structs. Let us go!
D-Structs: Be careful what you ask for. (throws the Trux over the edge)
  • In “Battering Ram”, Click-Clack sees the “Motherlode” (a stuck-together ball of scrap) and immediately runs away, screaming about a scrap monster. And them, immediately after, Revvit wonders aloud what other valuable parts could be inside.
Ton-Ton: Ooh, ooh! Could there be… a ramp?
Dozer: Or horn warmers! Bet that’s what it is!
(The other Trux blankly stare at them)
    Ace: Horn warmers?
Dozer: What? Sometimes my horns get chilly.
  • When Ace, pretending to be Skrap-It, approaches D-Structs, he immediately tells “him” that he already told him he wasn’t to be bothered. After their conversation ends, D-Structs throws “Skrap-It” out of the chamber… only for the real Skrap-It to enter immediately after.
Skrap-It: D-Structs, I know you said not to bother you unless it’s something important, but, uh, there’s a rock outside that looks just like your head.
(D-Structs roars hard enough to send him flying)
  • Ty's reaction to D-Structs' new Grappling Claw tail in the "Battering Ram" episode:
Ty: Love the new tail, D-Structs! Too bad it comes with you attached!
  • When Skrap-it gets the horns in the "Desert Scraptors" episode so he can control the titular characters, he tries to imagine the power going to his head until D-Structs snaps him out of it.
Skrap-it: I sure hope this power doesn't go to my head. *CLANG* It won't!
  • When Ton-Ton executes an incredible spinning jump attack in “Wind”, and Dozer asks him how he did it:
    Ton-Ton: Trade secret.
Ty: He has no idea, does he.
  • This exchange from “Slide”
Ton-Ton (after being told that they can’t build a giant slide): Ty, c’mon! Since when is “can’t” something we say?
Skya: “Ton-Ton, you can’t use the Tortools to pull you like you’re a sled.”
Dozer: YOU USED THEM TO DO WHAT?!
Ton-Ton: It was Dozer Jr’s idea!
  • Ton-Ton: Dude, come on! You have never said we can’t build something!
Ty: A few weeks ago, you wanted to build a giant straw to drink rain from a cloud.
  • When Ty says that they can expect the Trux to show up for the project “right about… now”, nothing happens.
Skya: I was sorta expecting all the other Trux to start rolling in just then.
    Dozer: Yeah. So was I.
(The wind kicks up and dramatic music swells… only for nothing to happen)
Skya: I was expecting it right there, too.
Ton-Ton: Aw, the suspense is killin’ me! Where’s everybody?
(A herd of Trux appear in the distance)
Skya: Hey, that time it worked!
  • At the end of the episode
Revvit: We made remarkable progress today. I believe I do know better than to say we can’t do something.
Ton-Ton: Does that mean we can finally do my giant straw idea?
    Dozer: No!
    Ty: There’s a difference between “can’t” and “shouldn’t”, Ton-Ton.
    Ton-Ton: Bummer…
  • Dozer eating ore at the beginning of “Blayde”:
Dozer: Hey, not too salty this time! Unlike that last stuff, what was that?
    Skya: Salt.
Ton-Ton: Hey! It looked like ore in the dark!
  • Zera, about Tops’s lack of intelligence:
Zera: Tops spent a little too much time in the endless desert.
Tops: I wanted to find where it ends!
  • Zera: Where’s George? He’s not in his shelter.
Tops: Did you check the other shelters?
Zera: Uh, we were in the other shelters.
Tops (hushed): How can you be so sure?
  • Horn, who Blayde left to keep George from escaping, ends up being fed up with his hippie antics.
Horn: There’s not enough ore in the world for this.
  • After George is set free…
George: Ah, freedom… it is something we can all achieve.
Horn: I’ve been in there too long with him. He’s actually starting to make sense.
  • After George accidentally knocks down a painted backdrop Ty had set up to trick Blayde:
George: Reality is an illusion! I knew it.
  • Skrap-it singing a little ditty in the episode "Battle":
    Skrap-it: D-Structs, D-Structs, King of the Crater
Kicked out Ty, hey, we'll see ya later!
  • In “Eggs”, Ton-Ton refers to the unhatched baby Ankylodumps as “Ankylodumplings”.
  • Skya (to Dozer): You’re in a good mood. Stop it.
  • When Ty tells Ton-Ton that he needs to drive slowly so he won’t break the eggs:
Ton-Ton: No problem. I’ll only jump the small ramps.
  • Ton-Ton, bored with going slowly, pretends that having his wheels go over pebbles is “jumping tiny ramps”.
  • When one of the eggs hatches, Ton-Ton sees a little Ankylodump whose immediate instinct is to Ramp Jump off a nearby tiny rock. Ton-Ton declares him adorable, and says he should be named “One-Ton”.
  • At the end of the episode:
Ton-Ton: Dude, I can’t remember the last time I got to drive fast!
    Revvit: This morning.
Ton-Ton: Has it been that long?
  • Ty’s reaction to D-Structs and the stolen Scaretrux.
Ty: D-Structs, you didn’t tell me you had a sister!
  • In "Bridge", the Trux tackle their most ambitious build yet: a massive bridge over a deep chasm. While they're building it and standing on the edge of the unfinished bridge, Revvit mentions that everything will be fine as long as they Don't Look Down... Only for Click-Clack to turn his face towards him, eyes wide open and mouth agape with a look of sheer shock/terror frozen on his face.
Revvit: I see I should've mentioned it earlier...
  • In the following episode, "Imposters", D-Structs and Skrap-It decide to stir trouble by disguising themselves as Ty and Revvit in order to fool the newcoming Trux. Skrap-It gets in-character a little bit too much and requests a tail-bump from D-Structs... Cue D-Structs bringing his wrecking ball just above Skrapt-It and letting it fall on top of him, pounding him into the ground. What he says afterwards is just icing on the cake:
D-Structs (as Ty): Boom! Did it.
  • Trying to get Revvit back from an Aquadon.
    Ty: Skya! Fin! Hook! Fast!
    Skya: He’s too far!
Ty: Then we gotta make that tongue of yours longer.
Dozer: How’re we gonna do that?
Ton-Ton: Quick! Skya! Say a really long word!
(Everyone turns to look at him)
Ton-Ton: What? It was just an idea.
  • This bit, after George reveals that he was taking Dozer on the scenic route in “Downshift”.
George: Always important to take time to smell the flowers.
    Click-Clack: Aren’t those Bunga-Bangkai flowers?
(We see the flowers, which have Visible Odor wafting off them)
    George: But not those.
  • Dozer, on one of the many attempts to launch Revvit up to Flapjaw in “Dyscrapadons”.
Dozer: I’ve got a feeling about this one.
Ton-Ton: Is it a good feeling?
Dozer: I’ll let you know in a minute.
  • The end of that episode:
Revvit: I think I, for one, will take a break from flying for a while. Though I must admit it has been a blast.
    (Garby flatulates loudly)
Revvit: Garby, that is not the kind of blast I meant.
  • In “Opposites”, D-Structs and D-Stroy develop the ability (they have a telescope, but the Dinotrux don’t know that) to see the Dinotrux from far away than Skya can spot them. After Skya confirms that no Craneosaur can see that far:
Ton-Ton: But wait! What if they have two Craneosaurs stacked on top of each other! How far could they see, Skya?
(After Revvit says that he needs to check something and leaves)
Ton-Ton: Or what about four Craneosaurs? (gasps) Or five?
  • “Opposites” introduces Doze-Doze, a Dozeratops who acts like Ton-Ton. As you might expect, he drives Dozer up the wall.
    Doze-Doze: Some dudes even think I’m Dozer-dude.
Dozer: There’s no such thing as “Dozer-dude”.
  • Meanwhile, Ton-Ton’s counterpart is the nerdy, intelligent Albert.
Doze-Doze: Dude, who knows what that guy says. It’s like he speaks in code.
Albert: Otherwise known as complete sentences.
  • When Ty reveals his plan for Rocksie’s gang to pretend to be them to fool D-Structs and D-Stroy.
Revvit: But, if we are going to fool D-Structs and D-Stroy, it is not enough for these Trux to look like us.
Ty: They also have to act like us.
(Cue to Doze-Doze doing a Ramp Jump)
Dozer: Oh yeah. This is gonna work.
  • Dozer trying to teach Doze-Doze to act like him.
Doze-Doze (bouncing a small rock between his horns): ♪ All I know is that I love a dozing. All I know is that I love a dozing! ♪
Dozer: You don’t love dozing! I mean- you do, but you don’t sing about it!
Doze-Doze: Oh. So what do I sing about?
Dozer: (groans as the rock bounces off him)
  • Late in the episode, Ty and the gang decide to pretend to be their doubles to confuse Skrap-It. He, however, has an ingenious plan to figure out if they’re the real deal. The gang's responses are golden, too.
    Skrap-It: T-Trux, are you Ty?
(beat as the Trux look at each other)
    Ty: (effeminate voice) Who's Ty?
Skya: I'm the leader around here! We're here to get our friends!
Ton-Ton: Uh, yes, we have arrived to freedomize our compartments- I-I mean, compatripals- I-I-I mean-
Dozer: Just give us our dudes back!
  • At the end of that episode, both D-Bros try to blame Skrap-It for their latest failure.
Skrap-It (who had just watched the whole fight): In my defense… what was going on down there was really exciting.
(They throw a bunch of rocks at him)
  • And the very end of the episode has the groups going their separate ways… and both Ankylodumps driving offscreen to the right.
    Dozer: Ton-Ton!
Ton-Ton (driving back onscreen): Oops, sorry, got confused. (turns back) Later, us-dudes!
  • This exchange from “Part Kart”.
    Revvit: A Quick-Acting, Fully-Stocked Mobile Repair Unit.
Ty: Great, Rev! But… could we think of a better name?
Ton-Ton: Ton-Ton’s Awesome Dude Wheels Thing! (beat) Nope? ‘Kay. Well, then you name the part cart.
Ty: Part Kart! Works for me!
  • Skya trying to give Fryttz a pep-talk.
Skya: C’mon! You can do anything you set your mind to.
Fryttz: You mean like be afraid?
  • “Silent Trux” opens with Ton-Ton zipping through the forest, proclaiming that he’s the fastest ore runner ever… only to spot a pile of ore and complain that actually finding ore takes the fun out of ore runs.
  • Dozer: I hope Ton-Ton gets back soon. I hate mounding on an empty stomach.
Skya: Is there anything you like doing on an empty stomach?
    Dozer: Eating.
  • Garby attempting to read the other Dinotrux’s lips after they lose their voices in “Silent Trux”.
Garby: So, what I got from all of that is that Ton-Ton said “dude”.
  • After Ton-Ton accidentally causes an explosion in the Renegade Base in “Shredadon”:
Ty: We’d better find a way to fix the base. We can’t leave it so exposed.
Skya: It could barely repel a Scraptor attack in this state.
Dozer: Scraptor? That thing couldn’t stop a three-legged Tortool!
    Click-Clack: A Three-Legged Tortool? Is that a thing? Aaaaah!
  • Waldo (about Ace and Ton-Ton): Sometimes I wonder about those two.
Dozer: Uh-huh. More like all the time.
  • Ton-Ton: As I always say, when in doubt, ramp it out.
Skya: Have you ever said that?
Ton-Ton: Nope, but it sounds like something I’d say.
