Behemoth! is a 2026 drama film written and directed by Tony Gilroy, starring Pedro Pascal, Olivia Wilde, Eva Victor, Alexa Swinton, Kaya Ralls, Erik Griffin, JoBeth Williams, Margarita Levieva, Hank Azaria and Will Arnett.
Alex Serian (Pascal), a third-generation gifted studio cellist and "nomadic gun for hire", leaves his life in symphony orchestras behind and returns home to Los Angeles to take up a new job in composing film scores. As he plays, each piece triggers memories which coalesce into the story of why he left Los Angeles in the first place.
The film has nine credited composers, including Michael Giacchino, James Newton Howard, Alan Silvestri, Brandon Roberts, Michael Abels, Emily Bear, Lukas Frank, Henry Jackman, and Nami Melumad.
The film will be released by Searchlight Pictures on December 4th, 2026.
