Shawn Mathis Wayans (born January 19, 1971 in New York City, New York) is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer. Wayans is best known for appearing in the sitcom The Wayans Bros. with his brother Marlon Wayans. Wayans is part of The Wayans Family of entertainers, first appearing in In Living Color!, which was created by his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans.
