Genokids
The titular band. After their latest concert was interrupted by the Zenodian invasion, this quartet of unlikely heroes is ready to save the world and get their revenge. Blue
Voiced by: Kira Buckland
The guitarist and Only Sane Woman of the band.- Animal Motifs: Between her focus on speed and the notable ears on her Hyper Mode mask, Blue has a bit of a rabbit motif going on.
- BFS: Her guitar's primary weapon form, the Riff Blade, is gigantic, so it's a good thing the blade is very blatantly made of energy.
- Celestial Theme Naming: Her attacks using the Nightwing scythe are roughly named after moon phases. Aside from the very obvious New Moon, there's also Waning Vortex, Crescent Hook, and Full Blast.
- Cool Big Sis: Generally gives off this vibe, being the one who needs to put up with everybody else's nonsense and keep them from doing anything dumb. It doesn't hurt that Yellow actually calls her "sis".
- Not Quite Flight: Blue is capable of floating about while her Razor Wings skill is active.
- Single-Stroke Battle: Her sword's ultimate attack, The End, is a single powerful slash that can instantly defeat weaker enemies.
- Sinister Scythe: Her secondary weapon, the Nightwing, is a scythe with an energy blade.
- Tranquil Fury: While not as loud about it as Red, it's clear to see that she is pissed at the aliens at the start of chapter 2.
- Storm of Blades: Somewhat downplayed, but Razor Wings has her form wings out of energy swords before launching them towards an enemy. Hyper Mode expands the wings into a Holy Halo of swords, along with adding the same flying blades to accompany her other attacks.
Red
Voiced by: Gaute Vist Grong
The band's Hot-Blooded and slightly overconfident drummer.- Catchphrase: "Not with that attitude." Typically used when doing something stupid, but is also notably used by him when trying to get Blue out of her funk.
- Charged Attack: Red's main gimmick is his ability to charge his basic attacks, up to three levels from baseline to full charge. Hyper Mode lets him skip the middle-man and go straight to a full charge.
- Dumbass Has a Point: Despite everything else mentioned here, he's not beyond offering some wisdom of his own. When Blue is worried about freezing up again like she did against Fuse, he quickly points out that everybody that actually tried to fight him got immediately curb-stomped, and that he had to go Hyper just to block one attack from Candy.
- Dumb Muscle: Red isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but his attacks pack a punch. Literally so, in terms of his standard weapon.
- Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: Pain Storm is just as it sounds; a storm of punches so fast, Red's fists become a fiery blur.
- Power Fist: Red's drums turn into the Power Gloves, a set of gigantic rocket-powered gauntlets.
Yellow
Voiced by: Aife
The band's bassist and primary vocalist/diva, whose cute looks and behavior conceal a rather notable sadistic streak.- Blood Knight: How her sadistic tendencies tend to manifest throughout the game.
- Face of an Angel, Mind of a Demon: On the surface, Yellow is an incredibly attractive and sweet young woman. Underneath, however, she is a sadist that gets... a little too excited about kicking alien ass.
Green
Voiced by: Ellis Knight
The man behind the synths, and the best of the four at staying cool under pressure.- Attack Drone: Green's primary weapons are a pair of drones formed from his synthesizer.
- Cold Sniper: Green is primarily a long-ranged combatant, and while not quite emotionless, he is the calmest and most pragmatic of the quartet.
- Combat Pragmatist: He immediately blasts at Candy while she's in the middle of her speech.
- Long-Range Fighter: By fighting game terms, Green would be the team's zoner.
- Not Quite Flight: Green is seemingly capable of floating while in combat. Unlike Blue, he does this at all times while fighting.
Infinite Empire of Zenodia
The main antagonists of the game. Arriving to Las Divas in a Sphere of Destruction, this alien threat has come to assimilate humanity and harvest their plentiful Ego for themselves. The Zenodian forces as a whole
- Super Mode: The leaders of the force all seem to have their own version of Hyper Mode, with Candy busting out hers for her second phase. Notably, Fuse seems to be in this state at all times.
The leaders
Fuse
Voiced by: Dashawn Ricks
The Zenodian Prime, leader and father of the invading force.- Big Bad: He is the leader of the Zenodian forces, with the other three being subordinate to him.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The only thing keeping his "fight" against the Genokids from being called a "massacre" is that nobody died.
- No-Nonsense Nemesis: He tells the others to "not speak to the harvest" and "focus on the mission".
- Time Stands Still: Fuse appears to be able to freeze time by snapping his fingers.
Candy
Voiced by: Rachel Lepore
The one next in line for becoming Prime, desperately craving the recognition of her peers.- Bullet Hell: The best way to describe her Desperation Attack: a veritable storm of blue attacks that will melt through your health if you don't immediately tag out of the hitstun.
- Parasol of Pain: She fights with an Ego projection of a parasol.
Bullet

A somewhat lazy member of the invasion. Fullmetal
