- Collaborative Breakaway transforms from a USSF soccer ball to a somewhat tall Deluxe-sized robot. The figure includes a concave display stand that can accommodate it in either mode, as well as a small soccer ball that can be mounted on the tip of either of the figure's feet via a Fire Blast effect-compatible 3 mm peg. The soccer ball accessory is hinged and can open up to store under the included display stand. A section of the ball mode needs to be removed to transform, and it clips onto the back of the figure when in robot mode.
- Breakaway features multi-jointed ankles and adjustable heels, allowing the figure to balance on one foot so it can emulate toe-stalls and other elaborate soccer footwork.
- If one is being humorous, the opened soccer ball accessory can attach to the 3mm peghole behind Breakaway's rear to create a butt.
Notes
- While the name "Breakaway" is not new to Transformers, a breakaway in soccer terminology is when an attacker with the ball evades the opposing team's defenders to go one-on-one with the goalie for a scoring opportunity.
