Use Pitch Shifter in Logic Pro for iPad
Pitch Shifter is used most effectively when you take a structured approach.
Use pitch shifting
In Logic Pro, you can set the amount of transposition, or pitch shift with the Semitones knob.
To set the amount of detuning, alter the Cents knob value.
Choose the algorithm that best matches the material you’re working with from the Mode pop-up menu.
If you’re working with material that does not fit any of these categories, experiment with each of the algorithms (starting with Speech), then compare the results and use the one that best suits your material.
Tip: While auditioning and comparing different settings, temporarily set the Mix parameter to 100% because this makes Pitch Shifter artifacts easier to hear.
