Share places in Maps on iPod touch
In the Maps app 
, you can share places with others. For example, you can send a message or email to show people where to meet you.
Tap a place on the map.
Tap
on the information card, then choose an option.
You can also touch and hold the place, then tap Share Location.
Tip: To quickly share your current location, touch and hold Maps on the Home Screen, then tap Send My Location. See Perform quick actions from the Home Screen and App Library.
