Report a problem with a game in the Apple Games app on Mac
You can report a problem with a game that you downloaded from the Apple Games app on your Mac. You can also request a refund.
On your Mac, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, then sign in to your Apple Account.
Click “I’d like to”, then choose an option from the pop-up menu.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
